QKAI PTY LTD (ABN 18 697 027 133, trading as QKAI) provides this page so people can request deletion of personal information connected to website enquiries, Facebook Messenger conversations, CRM records, and related AI workflow services.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to qifeng@qkai.com.au with enough information for us to identify the relevant records.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the channel you used, such as Facebook Messenger, website form, email, phone, or another QKAI service channel.
- Include the name, email address, phone number, Facebook Page conversation details, or other identifier you used when contacting QKAI.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise personal information that QKAI controls unless we are required to retain it by law.
- Website enquiry records, CRM contact records, and support notes that identify you.
- Facebook Messenger conversation records, including message text and attachments retained in QKAI systems.
- AI workflow logs that contain personal information, where deletion is technically possible and legally permitted.
Response Time
We aim to handle deletion requests promptly and transparently.
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
- We will complete deletion or explain why retention is required within 30 days where reasonably possible.
- If more time is needed, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe.
Identity Verification
To protect privacy, we may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the person connected to the records before deleting data.
